About Bay View and the apartment:

Bay View is a newly developed apartment block which consists of over 60 flats and provides great amenities, including our communal gym and workspace.

This apartment was furnished to a luxurious standard, incorporating high-end brands for a chic and cosy finish. Alongside the new contemporary style, this apartment is also very energy efficient, using electricity only.

Bay View previously operated as an office building, meaning that it has great accessibility and an abundance of parking. The apartment is located on the ground floor with one step at the main door, and otherwise has a flat and accessible course.

This apartment is ideal for a relaxing seaside getaway or a comfortable 4-week stay. Perfect for remote workers, relocations, and guests wanting to enjoy coastal living for longer!

Accommodation:

This elegant flat consists of a spacious double bedroom with wardrobe storage, a fully equipped kitchen/living/diner, and a stylish bathroom with a bath and rain shower.

Attention to detail for appliances was imperative, so the apartment provides a Smeg coffee machine/toaster/kettle, a washing machine and dishwasher, an Amazon Alexa Echo Dot, an air fryer, two smart TVs, and many more.

The apartment is radiantly heated using electricity. For your safety, we provide a first-aid kit, fire blanket and fire exit details on your arrival. Both the fire and smoke alarms are regularly tested.


Location and getting here:

Bay View is situated within walking distance of Whitstable’s town centre and beaches, as well as being next door to a variety of shops and a Starbucks!

Whitstable is famous for its oysters, seafood, vibrant shops and unique art galleries, which are showcased along the high street nearby.

Upon your arrival, you may park in any of the unmarked bays across the carpark, or otherwise, bus stops are located at either end of the road, both within a 5-minute walk. The train station is also a 5-minute drive away, which has direct links to London within 1.3 hours.


Entertainment:

This apartment is inclusive of a brand new Philips Ambilight smart TV, which you cannot watch live channels on, but you may log into the apps for entertainment as you please. The available apps include ITVx, BBC iPlayer, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix and many more.

An Amazon Alexa Echo Dot is also included and may be used for music or general tasks.

Free & super-fast WiFi is provided.


General information:

This apartment comes fully equipped to include a full set of white towels, linens, complementary toiletries, refreshments and more.

We welcome long term stays up to 28 days, ideal for any local or remote workers, as well as short-term seaside getaways!

Check-in: from 3pm onwards.

Check-out: by 11am.

Self check-in:

On your day of arrival, the codes will be issued for you to access the key safes in a nearby location. The safes will contain the main door fob and apartment key, to be returned upon check-out.
